Height at 2 years old x 2 = Adult Height?

If this theory turns out to be true, then Nolan would end up being 6 ft, 0.5 inches. I'm guessing he'll be taller than that given his 5'11" mom and 6'4" dad, but you never know. Nolan had his 2 yr. check-up this morning and measured 36.25 inches (90th percentile) and 30 lb, 5 oz. (75th percentile). The pediatrician said he's a happy, healthy little guy and is doing great with all the developmental milestones. The only bummer about the appointment is that Nolan had to have his blood drawn since the doctor decided to have him tested for nut allergies. Nolan had a reaction to walnuts a few months ago (threw up and had little red dots), so before we start trying peanuts and other nuts, we're going to play it safe and test for allergies. They'll test for six different nut allergies (peanut, walnut, pecan, almond, cashew, and Brazil nut). I'm anxious to find out the results...they should be back in about a week.
